Inconsistent/Incorrect course ratings

Has anyone of you noticed a weird behavior regarding the grades of the courses?

 

In my case, one of my courses has been reviewed as 4.84. Without any additional review, the grade fell to 4.83. A 5-star review appeared, and instead of it increasing the grade, the grade has actually decreased! And the ratings kept decreasing even without any additional reviews!
