My introduction

Hi!

As an instructor - some data in my CV have changed - can I change the data - the things that are public? Where? I cannot find the connection via profile or is it in the building of the course?

Can students grade my free course or that is not possible? Can I write it down and ask them for reviews?

One more thing - it is me also as a student - is there a way to opt out of some courses If I cannot get enough spare time for them? I applied to some, but maybe I will not be able to participate in all of them... Thanks a lot! Kind regards, Metka.

Hi @Metka, welcome to our community!

1. If you'd like to change the information displayed in your Instructor Profile, head to your profile page by clicking here. In this support article, you can learn step-by-step how to edit your profile.

Now, if you'd like to change something in your course, you would need to do this in your course management page:

  • Navigate to the course page (steps on how to can be viewed here).
  • On the left-hand side, select Course Landing Page.
  • Edit or update the necessary information.

2. Yes, students enrolled in your free course can still rate their experience by leaving a rating and review. You can learn more about our reviews system here.

3. Unfortunately, there is no technical possibility to unenroll from the courses other than requesting a refund within 30 days from the day that you purchased it. However, you can archive a course from both the course player and your My Courses Page. For steps on how to do this, as well as to unarchive a course if you need to, please review this support article.

I hope this helps!
