I have a udemy payment balance.
And I made a withdrawal to my local bank.
The transaction was declared successful, but the money did not enter my account.
I have reported on the Payoneer website, but Payoner is very slow to respond to me, and until now has not responded.
My balance went to ZERO, but the money didn't come in.
Is Payoneer a Fraud Organization?
Please me, how to get my money back?

I didn't find any support, even though I have reported to udemy, udemy is completely up to Payoneer, and I have said many times, Payoneer did not respond to my complaint.
I have no legal protection for Payoneer crimes.
as a note:
I chose Payoneer, because Udemy recommends Payoneer as a payment medium other than PayPal.
Thank you

Hi @Junaidi88 I completely understand your frustration with not being able to get a faster response from Payoneer. Kindly keep in mind that the community is not an escalation support channel and it’s generally more effective to reach out to instructorsupport@udemy.com when you have questions about your payout.
