Ready to be ready!

Greetings fellow Udemy Instructors

Here I am officially launched with ONE student, got to remind myself that we all start somewhere right?

My name is Shannon and I live in the UK, I wanted to make a short course about anxiety and the ways we can manage it holistically, without medication.

It's not an anti-medication course, it's a way to offer an alternative route to managing the things that overwhelm so many of us and cause unhappiness- having suffered with my own anxieties and managed to come out the other end swinging,  using the methods I explain and demonstrate, I hope this course will help those who need it. It's also great for family members to gain a better understanding of the different types of anxiety and how it can affect people differently... one size doesn't fit all when it comes to anxiety..

Now to increase sales and spread the word about this fabulously helpful course? Please hit me up with your best ideas!

Thanks so much, here's to a happy and prosperous 2022 to us all
