Go to solutionHello,
I would like to delegate the support part of my students on Udemy, in order to offer them a better interactivity.
Is there a solution that would allow someone from my team to take care of all questions about the course?
Maybe, if the person creates an Udemy account, and I associate my courses to his profile, without revenue...

Go to solutionThat's right - make them a co-instructor, but with everything but Q&A permissions disabled.
You can even give them a percentage of your revenue as payment that way, if you wish, freeing you from the task of paying them, sending them tax forms, etc.
Be sure to set clear expectations up front about their turnaround time, how they will identify unanswered questions, when to escalate to you, how to handle when they need to take time off for a vacation or something, etc.
