Suspended my udemy account

Hi I get this message form Udemy

” Hi there,

Greetings from Udemy’s Trust & Safety Team. We’re reaching out in regards to recent activity on your account in violation of our Terms.

As a result of the concerning activity, we have permanently suspended your account(s) and all courses from the marketplace. You are not permitted to sign up for any additional Udemy accounts.

Although this represents our final decision, we are available to answer any logistical questions you may have.

I respect your decision even though your decision is unjust for no reason But what happens to my payments? I have 1,156$

in my account !!

Same thing happens to me as well, not sure why.
