I hope all are fine , I would like introduce myself in between expert instructor at udemy 

This is Saad Muhammad Azeem ,graduate in Food science and technology and master in industrial management ,I have around 10 year of experience in food industries in Pakistan in different industries i.e bakery,auditing firm,confectionery and restaurant at different departments i.e research ,production,quality and supply chain ,I m also lead auditor/trainer in ISO Qms ,fssc,gmp and other internal standard 

Currently running my own  consultancy firm 

This is all about me 

I hope I will learn from here with expert instructor boost my skill and knowledge
