Go to solutionNo such thing exists bro. You have to learn the After Effects . Even i tried to find shortcuts but it never worked.
Learn AE initially it does take time to get around it but it is worth learning .

Go to solutionIt worked for me in some cases but to illustrate animation there isn't any other choice regardless of Canva.
