Your audio quality isn't very good, though. You may need to invest in a better microphone. It sounds like you're talking over a cell phone through one of those little mics built into the earbuds or something. A real lavalier mic isn't expensive, and will sound a lot better.
Also, I'd capture at 1080 resolution if you can. The text on your screen looks a bit blurry. Alternately, increase the font size in your application and/or in Windows to make it easier to read.
