i refunded a course, i did get credited back and it’s on my account. i went to use my credits to towards a new course and they didn’t transfer, and paid full price for another class that was not worth that price. i’ve tried every way possible to get in touch with someone, it is the most frustrating thing. i’m beginning to think this is all just a scam seeing similar stories.. is there even a support team? or is that a front too?
