few problems such as-

1. first fall do not panic that you are speaking wrong English never never never do that. Always try to be confident while you are speaking just because your first step towards speaking English is just to express what all there is in your head. Now the second step is no you have to think whether you are speaking wrong or right whether there is grammar mistakes or not awesome time people use to have good grammar command but they are unable to take out or you can say unable to express.
2. Rate yourself.
Second step is rate yourself which means after speaking English try to go to that sentence is again and again what you have spoken that whether is there any mistake or not and try to read yourself like from yesterday I was two times better. And slowly slowly you will see the change in you while speaking English.
3. These are the activities which you can perform to build your confidence- first read English newspaper articles books and standing front of the mirror and just dictate all the things which is given in that this will definitely help you to improve your confidence in a crowded place.

The main thing is to never give up the most common thing I know everyone used to say like that don't give up don't give up but yes this is the most important thing if you are facing failure please don't give up try to fight from your failures and rise above your failures from that only you can achieve something and improve your confidence.
