Im only 29yrs old, but I have been through some challenges in life that I would love to share with those who seek help or advice. Abuse, addiction, mental health, eating disorders, medications and different kinds of treatment options can be all too overwhelming. I guess I want to share what I’ve been through and give support to others that are going through what I have. It’s tough. Never feel like you have to do it alone.
