I forgot my password and the reset password option is not available when logging in. I do have access to the email and am able log in, but i want to reset my password.
I finished my course a long time a go but l have a hard time loading it on to the course landing page.l need help.
Recently, I had people writing to me claiming they can help me achieve the above. They claimed to have a proven strategy, that can make my course rank higher than competitors, gain more exposure, and attract a larger audience. And they are quite persistent. Is there anyone who can share how these people operate?
I have my first 1 star. When 1 person gives me a 5 star. I got a 5-star rating. When 2 persons give 5 stars, I get 5-star rating. Another comes along and give me a 1 star. And I get 2.83. I just wonder where is the mathematic.

Quite fustrated here but wanting to add small slide shows that recap the lessons after every other video. This way the students gain knowlege and are able to have multiple levels of resrouces and detailed content to learn from. I am sure Udemy used to allow for slideshows without the video mash up.
