I submitted a course a week or so ago, and have not received notice of its approval. However I have two courses, one submitted and another is incomplete, but both are listed as "public." Does that mean they are published and open to viewing?

I completed the verification process through my national ID(Aadhar) and it said completed successfully yet I didn't get any follow up from Udemy. It's still showing the 'Submit for Review' option. Can somebody give me an insight? I'm from India by the way. Thanks in advance.
Can we email or message a student directly to seek clarification regarding a 1-star review? What are Udemy's guidelines regarding this?
I just received a 1 star review. I asked the student to point out what was wrong in my quizzes and still no answer. This seems way to easy to just give a 1 star review when my other reviews are 3 stars+.
