    Good to Great and Deep Work are two books I can recommend to read.

  • Ok, I see this was posted a while ago, but one book that I have been recommending to many people recently is:

    Ernie Zelinski's The Joy of Not Working. Because I lead a slightly unconventional life, I massively appreciate finding other people who may not be in the "rat race" and who are carving different lives. So instead of constantly aiming for more sales and more money, this book aims at a better life, enjoying each moment now.
