Animation Text to Speech

Hi All,
I understand that Udemy do not accept "Text to Speech", but I want to include animation in my course which has animated characters. I do not have human resources to speak and my only choice is either "Text to Speech" otherwise the animation will not be effective.
I would greatly appreciate viable suggestions.
