Create stories and examples based upon your personal interests and experiences to enhance learning
Spend some time and create stories and examples based upon your personal interests and experiences. Even if your particular course has absolutely nothing to do with your personal interests and experiences, you can still use them to your advantage when creating your new course. Try to develop examples based upon your passions as this will assist you in building an emotional connection with your students. By weaving stories into your course lessons you make it richer more personal and engaging for your students. This in turn helps them to effectively assimilate the information into something they value.
