Use of data collecting from Udemy website as a project in my course

Hello all,

I hope everybody is doing great.
I have a question about my first course creation please. I would like to add a project which analyses data coming from Udemy website to get insights on which course sell the best, etc ...
To do so, I found online available datasets to use with pretty neat data but I was wondering if my course would pass the Udemy submit review ?

Do you have any idea regarding this issue ? Can Udemy allow one of the course on their platforms to exploit data coming from their website ?
