If you are talking about how to do it in Udemy, then go to the course, then click on the wheel in the top-right hand corner.
You can then "Manage instructor permissions".
If you are talking about how to sell it legally from one person to another, then I suggest that you get independent legal advice.

@MarinaT , I have the same issue here. It's not exactly about the revenue share or permissions. In this case, it's about changing who is seen as OWNER of the course. For example, if I Publish courses as a company and personally, I have published a course with the Company profile (as owner) but I want to change that to my Personal profile.

To get this process started, please open a support ticket by clicking here and selecting “Contact Us” on the right. At this time, course ownership changes can only be handled through Support, not directly within the instructor account.

Hi all, I’m asking on behalf of a colleague — we’d like to transfer a marketplace course from a personal instructor account to a new instructor account. Preserving the existing reviews, ratings, and “Highest Rated” badge is critical for us.
Has anyone done this before? Do the reviews, ratings, students, and badges transfer with the course, or do they reset on the new account?

There's a serious problem I've noticed: for example, if I'm the course owner and I share a 20% stake with a co-instructor, and give them "Manage" privileges, they can access their interface and arbitrarily change this percentage. This makes collaboration very difficult.
You will receive an email notification if they do that. I would not advise partnering with someone who you think would cheat you like that in the first place.
