Hey everyone,

I am a bit confused with how to access the payout option. I clicked on the avatar on the top right but I can't click on the drop down options. I keep being redirected to my instructor profile page. I want to change my payout option and I am finding it difficult. I need assistance. Thanks

    Thank you for asking!

    If you wish to change your payment method, you need to go to the "Payout & Tax" settings option on your account, however, if you are being redirected to the instructor profile page, please try changing the browser.

    Let me know if you are able to change it.

    If you're being redirected to your instructor profile when trying to access the payout option from the avatar dropdown, try clearing your browser cache and liteblue usps cookies, using a different browser or incognito mode, and disabling any browser extensions that might be interfering.
