Tax form prompt doesn't disappear

Despite having filled in the tax form on time and despite getting a confirmation of successful submission the prompt box and the payout withholding won't go away.
Is this a technical issue? How long can it take to process? It's now been 3+ weeks.

Piease help. Thank you!

also, I do not struggle with the tax form. I filled it in, sent it off, received a confirmation.

The issue is with the continued prompt and complete withholding of payouts for 2 full months.
