Question about pictures on slide-style of presentation

I am currently making my first course. I was wondering what images can I use in the presentation-type of presentation?

Is there any issue about the copywriting?

2) Once I make a course, can I publish it on a separate platform/webpage to target sales with the ads? Or it will belong to Udemy?
