Illegal course access

Hi everyone.. my name is favour and am a new instructor on board.. I just created my first course and within 4 day of publishing it for free to get enrollment to boost subsequent sale I hit 105 enrollments...just within 4 day and it's a huge milestone for me as a first time course creator..

However, my course is no longer on the free mode but I still receive enrollments from students who didn't pay for the course and I don't have a coupon created for the course either... Which means there is no access for free enrollment since I have taken it off from the free mode..

Please I need instructions on how to prevent illegal access to courses from people who don't want to pay but go behind to access courses for free

  • Hey!
There is nothing to worry about. Sometimes some statistics are updated after some time. That means these new enrollments are from your free access to the course previously.
I guess in approximately a few hours you won't see any new free enrollments, and you will only see paid ones!
I hope it was helpful, let me know.
    Best Regards!

    Hi @Chinonyerem996
Thanks for bringing this up! As your colleague mentioned, some enrollments might not have been updated in the statistics, but if you would like to confirm this, I recommend sending a report to Instructor Support. To contact the team, please open the help center article here and click “Contact Us” on the right.
