Unable to verify my course

in First-time course creation

I completed uploading my course and have tried to get verified from Persona at least 20 times. I tried using all different types of IDs but still, I get the same message of

Unable to Verify. Action needed within 30 days

I tried emailing several email IDs but get the same automated message again and again. Someone please help!!

    Could you kindly try clicking on "Submit for Review" on your course once more? Persona should then provide you with further guidance.
