    Hi @AyushSingh2909
    ,

Welcome to the community! I understand that choosing between Payoneer and PayPal for your payments can be challenging.

While we wait for other instructors to share their preferences, I wanted to highlight this post where instructors from India discussed their opinions on this topic.
(Spoiler: Many preferred Payoneer in 2020).

I hope this helps with the decision-making! Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Hi @AyushSingh2909

I have been using Payoneer from last 3 years. Initially they used to charge 2% commission of the payment but these days they are charging around 3%. Still this is less compared to the Paypal. Paypal charges around 5%.

    Thanks

Hi! I have been using Payoneer for the last 3-4 years because they charge less for the currency conversion.

However, for the last 12 months i have massive problems logging in - every single month i am logged out and they want to send an SMS for re-verification. Sometimes that SMS takes 60 minutes, sometimes it never comes.

Then I want to send a message to customer service and that is not possible if you cannot verify with - yes - the app. So I am completely locked out and Try to get back in for a couple of days.
Sometimes I just reset my Passwort. Then around 2-12 hours later I get some code via email and then it works.

But it is a huge pain every month and this is why I am changing back to PayPal (for example this month i am litereally not able to get my money. )

I have had massive headaches with Payoneer (more than you can ever imagine) over the years. PayPal has always worked for me, but Payoneer is/was a bit cheaper. I haven't had problems with Payoneer within the past year or so, so fingers crossed! We're all being spoiled by Udemy for refusing to offer bank deposits because they earn money from Payoneer/PayPal.

I am also struggling to connect Payoneer to my Udemy account. Here is what I do:

    1. In Udemy(Payout & Tax Settings), click on the Connect button to connect to Payoneer. This redirects me to Payoneer login page. I successfully login.
    2. I Refresh the Udemy Payout & Tax Settings page and see that the Payoneer is connected. But it is connected with the label "Prepaid Card." I do not want to use PrepaidCard. I want to receive money to my bank account in Canada.
    3. I added a Receiving(USD) bank account in Payoneer. Now that the account is approved, I try the Connect button on Udemy(Payout & Tax Settings) page. But it still connects as PrepaidCard :(.

How do I get rid of this Prepaid Card and connect Payonner to Udemy so that I receive money to a Bank account instead of a Prepaid Card?

Also, in the Receiving(USD) bank account that I created in Payoneer, it is mentioned that International money transfers are not allowed 😬. How do I then withdraw money if International Transfers are not allowed 🤔.
