Instructor Guide: How I can upload the Course completion Certificate

I completed the course with full videos of curriculum but I could not find the place where I can the certificate which students would get after completion of the course

I checked the Setting option and in which there is no option available to upload the Certificate

When a student completes a paid Udemy course, they will receive a certificate of completion, which is automatically generated by the system, this means you don’t need to create it.

I’m 12 years old, and I’ve created a full course that’s 3 hours and 32 minutes long, consisting of 43 lessons. I’ve been trying to complete the verification process to upload my course, but it keeps failing. Could someone please help me with this? I spent three months developing this course, and it meets Udemy's standards, but unfortunately, I haven't been able to launch it.
