Affidavit request, but course published

Hello everyone,

I reveived an affidavit request for my last course, I have been an instructor on udemy for more than 3 years.

They say there MAY have been some copyright issues, but I did the course all myself.

1. sholuld I still worry since my course was then published?
2. when asking what was wrong, they told me about "it is allowed to use text-to speech, but we need to verify your identity". So what is the issue if text to speech is allowed and what's the link with my identity?
