How to submitted my tax-form from Pakistan.

Hey Everyone.

Can you please help me with the tax form? Anyone, please guide me on how can I submit my text form from Pakistan because my all payments have been blocked for 8 months. So please tell me what should I do and how can I submit my tax form and tax from Pakistan.

I am from Pakistan as well. It is very easy. You go to payout and tax options and submit a new form. There in the form, first select your status. Whether you are individual or a company. I am assuming you are an individual. Then, type in your name with first, middle and last name. Select whether you are US citizen or not. Again, assuming you are not. So, select No. Then provide your DOB. Select your foreign country as "Pakistan" and in place Foreign TIN, provide your CNIC.
Next, provide Permanent Residence Address as appropriate to you. Then, you will have to provide contact Information. There you will have to provide your full name and provide your contact numbers and also Email. Check the tick box to confirm correct information and press continue. Next Tax Terms will appear. Read them and press Accept. Then a confirmation code will be send to the Email you provided which will be required at end of the process. You will have to do the next steps from this point within 60 minutes.
Next, from forms select the W8-BEN form. It is valid for Pakistani residents. It will once ask you whether you are US Citizen or you are liable for taxation in US. Again enter your DOB, and it will ask you whether you have been in US in last 31 days. Again assuming to all those three questions regarding US. Then click Continue. Then again it will ask for Tax details. Select "US TIN is not applicable" under US TIN Type. Select TIN Country as Pakistan and again enter CNIC as Foreign TIN. And click Continue. Next will be Treaty Claim Screen. So, US has a treaty with certain countries where if you are resident of that country, your withholding tax will be zero. Fortunately, Pakistan is one of those countries. So, select Yes to that and choose Pakistan as your country under "I certify that I am resident of this country". Then click Continue. Next it will ask for special details. Select Yes to first question. Under "ARTICLES" select "VIII Royalties". Select "Paragraph 1" under Paragraph of article. and select the withholding tax to zero. And select the type of income expect to "12-Other Royalties". These details are from that treaty between US and Pakistan. I will provide the link to the official treaty document by IRS.
Next, under "Add item of income" write something like "It is clearly stated in Article VIII, Paragraph 1, that the residents of Pakistan are exempt from US Taxes". Then click Continue. It will give you a warning that the treaty is only for non-US residents which you are. So click Continue. Then check the tick boxes from Legal Certifications which are basically confirming you are not a US Citizen. Here you can also see your form as electronic document as well before submitting. Then click Continue. It will ask for Email signature, so just type your full name here. Then enter the code you received in your email. Then don't check the "I want to submit a retroactive statement". And check the "I want to confirm my acceptance of above declaration". And click "Submit Electronically". A dialogue box will popup. Agree to the declaration and also agree to "give consent to receiving recipient statement electronically" and click SUBMIT.
Your form has been submitted and you can download it as PDF as well here. Then just click save and exit. And that is it. It will remove your withholding taxes to zero.
