Hi @Albatross4246 thank you for asking! 😊
Once your course is ready to be published, you submit it for review, the review process can take up to 2 business days to be completed.
After the course has been published, yes, you can update/add content to the course(s), and you can add resources where you can include relevant to the course topic in your lectures, but they must be free, directly related to the lecture content, and not promotional in any way. These resources can be any filetype like .JPG, .PDF, .ZIP, .XLS, .MOV, .MP3, etc
Let me know if you have additional questions.

Hello,
Approval Process Duration: The typical approval process can range from 3 to 14 days, but it really depends on the specific policies of the platform (like Udemy, Coursera, etc.) or institution involved. Official Site
Adding Content After Approval: Yes, once a course has been approved and is live, instructors can usually add content, including new videos or materials, to the course at any time. However, some platforms may require a re-review of significant updates.
Verbal Recommendations for Databases: Instructors can typically inform students about helpful resources verbally during the course, including public websites like Etrade, CBRE, Costar, and Google Earth. However, it’s good practice to also provide this information in writing (e.g., through a course announcement or a resource list) to ensure students have access to it later.
Best Regards
