Is there a way an instructor can change the refund policy on their own? Having an automatic 30 day return means that if a full-time student or someone with no job that spends 20 days cranking out the course can download the course files and finish the course and get a refund before the 30 day expiration? Doesn't seem fair to the instructor that put in all that time creating the course.
