Cannot edit Closed Captions

In my new course, I am prevented from editing the closed captions.
[ I am using Firefox or Chrome on a Windows 11 computer. ]
…this should be super-easy, but the Udemy Help feature doesn't solve my problem.

    I'm very sorry for the trouble! The captions editing tool has been experiencing an ongoing issue, but the team is actively working on a fix. They expect to have it resolved by the end of this week.

  • I have the same problem. Been trying to edit my captions for a couple of weeks now. I can click on edit but not possible to update the captions after that. I created a ticket with Udemy but still waiting for an update.

    Captions still not working as of this morning. Has a fix been deployed? If not, when do you expect this to be resolved?

    Same problem, sort of. I had to edit one of my videos and of course, it was auto-captioned once I uploaded the new video. I'm wanting to clean up the mistakes from the auto-captioning but I can't edit that video. I CAN edit all of my old videos that have been untouched for about a year now. It is only the new replacement video that was auto-captioned that I can't edit. Frustrating.
