How long does the review feedback takes and can I contact support on phone

I have submitted my course for review but still waiting. is there any way to contact the helpdesk on phone?

Typically, it can take up to two business days for the quality review team to provide feedback and publish your course. If it’s been a bit longer, I recommend reaching out to our policy team at policy@udemy.com to check on the review status.
Just a heads-up, we don’t offer phone support, but I’m hopeful you'll see your course live very soon.

Hi, actually it varies from one course to another, my best record was getting my course reviewed and published within 2-3 hours, but one of my previous courses took 3-4 days
