For point 2, I recommend confirming directly with our Policy team at policy@udemy.com to ensure everything complies with our guidelines.

Regarding question 3, If you don’t assign a price to your course, it will be listed as a free course on Udemy.com. However, please note that free courses have certain restrictions—for example, the total video content cannot exceed 2 hours.
