the Autoscroll in the transcript didn't work for long time

I tried different ways to fix the Autoscroll in the transcript because it didn't work for long time.
Could you please fix it or tell me how to fix it? Thanks

It's yet another bug in the Udemy platform. I reported this to instructor support on October 18 - over a month ago. The only response I ever received was:
We've assigned your request to our customer support team, specifically trained to triage and evaluate bugs. Working closely with our engineering team, they will promptly review the matter, prioritize it accordingly, and then conduct a thorough evaluation to understand the issue better and determine whether it warrants further investigation and resolution.
It only seems to affect some transcripts. I think it may be limited to lectures with auto-generated captions, but I'm not about to download and re-upload the thousands of caption files I have to work around a platform issue.
