I am not able to edit the captions. Please help

I Want to edit the captions and resubmit my published courses and currently it is not allowing me to even unpublish and edit my captions for those 3 practice test courses which were submitted before.. Can support this help as i am not seeing any option for live chat or call number or whats app number hence sent email to instructorsupport@udemy.com from my email id as with so much of hard work we create content and publish in udemy and this happens to instructors like us.
