Video playback issue (Progress bar doesn't hide)

When playing videos, the video title and progress bar remain visible and do not disappear after a while. I have attempted several troubleshooting steps, including refreshing the website, changing the browser, adjusting the settings, and restarting my PC. Despite these efforts, the issue persists, causing significant frustration.

Same here.. I've tried 4 different browsers and still the same. No matter what video I watch. Tried all the "fixes" in troubleshooting.

Ok i found a temp workaround. I am having same issues, i have not tried other browsers but it works with edge. Open udemy on sidebar only not on main page. and it works perfectly timer goes away after 1 second by moving mouse out of video screen etc.

Opening UDEMY on sidebar using Microsoft Edge browser indeed works temporarily to get rid of annoying the bar and video titles during full screen.

In case someone reads this:

Another "work-around" is to zoom out as much as possible, that makes that the progress bar and faded-out title don't overlay the video! :-)
Granted, you will not be able to read anything aside from the video, but at least, nothing of the video screen is covered! :-)

(I have a 34" curved screen(3440 x 1440), so my udemy window is 50% of my monitor)
