Any Pakistani instructor: Urgent information about withholding tax rate and correct tax form

Any Pakistani instructor here ? I need some urgent information about withholding tax rate and correct new tax form. I was exempted from tax and my withholding tax rate was 0% before submitting my new tax form as per Udemy instruction. Now it shows 30% withholding rate. I have emailed to Udemy twice and explained them my previous status with some treaty proof, but they replied with no clue. Kindly tell me how guys handled this? And what is your current withholding tax rate?
