Problems adding images in the course questions section

Good morning, these last few weeks I have noticed that either when my students upload images when asking questions or when I add images when answering questions, the image loads, but when I refresh the page it is no longer visible. I don't know if it is just my problem or if it happens to others in general.

Thanks in advance

Indeed I've had the same issue for the past few weeks too. Hope it will be resolved soon.

I have the same problem. This is an issue that is being dealt with. I hope it will be rectified soon.

  • I have too. I logged a ticket about a week ago but still haven't had a response.

  • It happened to me too 2 or 3 weeks ago.

  • I came here to find an answer to the same problem. It's been like this for more than a week, and it's annoying. I have to ask my students to upload images to a third-party site. It makes supporting them so much more difficult and time-consuming.
