Problems adding images in the course questions section

Good morning, these last few weeks I have noticed that either when my students upload images when asking questions or when I add images when answering questions, the image loads, but when I refresh the page it is no longer visible. I don't know if it is just my problem or if it happens to others in general.

I came here to find an answer to the same problem. It's been like this for more than a week, and it's annoying. I have to ask my students to upload images to a third-party site. It makes supporting them so much more difficult and time-consuming.
