Can't Upload Pictures For Overall Explanation

I need to upload picture showing the math equations in all my overall explanations! Out of 10 so far only 4 worked. I tried .jpeg, .jpg, .BMP and .png. It seems it's hit and miss even after trying multiple times on the same overall explanation
