'Assignment submission is disabled for your organization' message

I've been doing a second Udemy course, the Figma UI UX Design Advanced course and everything had been going ok. I've got to the Assignment Class 9 Project and it will now not let me submit any work for feedback or allow me to leave any feedback. All I get is the following message:

! Assignment submission is disabled for your organization

Does anyone know why this is coming up?

    Hey @ElianaC I tried reaching out on the 'Contact Us' button on that link earlier but the Virtual Agent kept coming back it didn't understand. Is there anyone else I can directly contact?

    Hi @riccardov303  I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues contacting support. When engaging with the chatbot, you should be able to submit a ticket by typing "submit a ticket" in the provided field (multiple submissions might be required).

    The chatbot will prompt you to specify whether you're a learner or an instructor before proceeding to confirm your request to open a support ticket. Once you are next in the queue, you will get a response from the support team.

    Sadly I'm not getting an option to 'submit a ticket' at all. It just keeps looping back around indefinitely to asking if I'm a learner or instructor :(

    Hi @riccardov303Yes, you need to type 'submit a ticket,' or you may need to try a few times to locate the option. I hope this helps!
