My published course doesn't show up in search results

Question

Hello Authors - I am new to Udemy as an author. I published my first course on Udemy. This is an assessment for a specific certification examinaiton. Below is the url of the course.

https://www.udemy.com/course/safe-agilist-new_6-exam-simulator-for-certification/

It was visible in the search results in the initial days though a little below the similar existing courses. But, now I don't see my course in the results no matter what combinations I try. I tried with the search key words like ( safe agilist assessment, safe agilist exam, leading safe practice, safe agilist simulator etc.)

Are there any specific reasons ? Could someone please guide ? Thank you in advance.
