Starting my first course

Hi All,

I am Vasundhra and I have been with Hotels for 14 years. I have extensive knowledge on Revenue Management and Commercial strategy. I am about to plan and get my first course going. What should be the absolute first step to get moving? I am completely new to online teaching.

Buy equipments - Microphone and Screen Recorder, Camera. Dont work aorund these, for example, using mobile phone or all.
