in First-time course creation

I like to teach what I know. But i feel shy. I don't like to take video lectures. Just I want to teach from softwares with screen recording. Is this good for my new course?

    , first of all welcome to the community! from that I have read so far, it is perfectly fine to not record yourself and record the screen, my course which is under review is also all screen recordings, there I am pretty sure its accepted, however ill let others weigh in on this as well.
