I am excited to be part of this group!
This is something that I have wanted to do for a long time, so I am very proud to be part of the community.
I do have a question that I would like to post.
I just published my first course and I noticed that the mail messaging is not going out?
I have a welcome & congrats written, yet neither are being recieved by my students?
Has anyone else seen this?
It has been happening since 5/3, the day my course was approved.

How do you know that the Mails aren't sent?

My student are telling me. First I asked them to check their spam, but no dice.
Welcome and congrats are not being sent.

I thought you were checking your messages. If so, they wouldn't have appeared there as these aren't shown as sent messages.
As such, I suggest you contact instructorsupport@udemy.com or to log a ticket at https://support.udemy.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?type=instructor
