Can I upload my course without feedback my test video?

I create my complete cource, I upload my test video on 22 april 2020 but till now I did not get any feedback and I want to upload my course. Can you help me regarding this.

    The team has experienced a spike in requests. This has been announced in this post. However, requests have doubled since February which is why the wait time has also increased. Please rest assured the team is working on getting to requests as quickly as possible.
