What is rate of withholding should indian Instructor enter

Hello Sir/Madam,

I am Instructor from india. Filling out w8ben form, I am little confused about rate of withholding to be entered in the special rates and conditions section.

I have just entered 0% is it correct? If not what is the correct % for indian Instructor.

Please guide me.

I filled this form couple of weeks back. As far I know, based on a certain question(whether you are US citizen, whether you provide service inside US etc), the withholding will be auto-calculated.

After I submit the form, in my dashboard the tax holding is 30% for the selling happened in the US.
