My Udemy account has been suspended due to manual authentication

Hello.Although I sent a video 15 days ago for manual authentication, I received a message today that my account has been suspended

Udemy account has been suspended due to manual authentication. There was money in it. Will this money be deposited in my payoneer account at the cut-off date or will it not be deposited because the account has been suspended?
