Some Video Noise

Dears,

I am A New Instructor and There is some noise in my created videos, seems like recording issues although I am using Camtasio Studio, Is there any free software (not paid and not trial) that can clear the noise off my already created videos?

    I use audacity - an open source, highly popular audio editor. It will solve your purpose.
