How to setup video Thumbnail

I am making videos in Final Cut Pro X and seems like there is no such option to make thumbnail photo for video neither on Udemy

    Has the thumbnail option been added? Udemy has classes on how important it is to have a good image but cant let instructors do it?

    Please add this feature! Its importance seems obvious in that the video thumbnail must appeal to students.
