Video Bitrate Requirements for Courses

According to Udemy the upload video file must be H264 , 1080p and a video bitrate of 10Mb/s. I use Camtasia (and several other programs) and can only hit 2-3 Mb/s with the best settings.

    This is an interesting topic, but without answer....
    With camstasia max bitrate e max quality the output bitrate is about 2Mb/s
